GAINPF BILLS CLAIM ENTRY IN SPARK
When a bill corresponding to a GAINPF claim is cancelled, the
cancellation reason needs to be given with care.
If the bill is cancelled due to any mistake in the GAINPF sanction order
or due to the validity expiry of the sanction order, the reason may be
selected as MISTAKE IN THE SANCTION ORDER.
In that case, cancellation of the bill will be intimated online to
GAINPF. If the bill is cancelled due to a mistake in the SPARK bill or
an incorrect head of account reason may be selected as a MISTAKE IN THE
BILL. In this case, no intimation goes to GAINPF
